Welcome to my site!

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering counselling for children, youth and adults in Penticton and area from my office at 150-535 Main Street, Penticton.

I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor, supervising individual counsellors, counselling agencies and students in their counselling practicums.

Some of my certifications include play therapy, extensive trauma training and EMDR. You have the choice of in person or virtual sessions.

My passion is to join individuals on their journey towards healing and wellness; creating relationship and trust in an empathetic setting while we explore options and skills-building together.
